But it looks like Giuliana Rancic's birthday came early this year as husband Bill organised a surprise party for her, which started on board a private jet that left Los Angeles on Friday.

she was blindfolded and casually dressed in a stripey tee with the lines from a Hall & Oates song across the front 'Because your kiss is on my lips' plus shorts as Bill led her up the stairs of the jet.
Giuliana captioned the photo: 'So I thought I was doing one thing this weekend, and my husband gives me shock of a lifetime for my bday week.'
Once she got on board a posse of her gal pals were there to help her celebrate including make-up artist Catalina Su, hairstylist Brenda Kovar, writer-producer Colet Abedi and fashion journalist and blogger Lauren Scruggs.
The delighted E! Fashion Police celebrated with a glass of champagne and happily danced in the jet's aisle, captured again in a photo tagged: 'Party starts now! Surprise!'
And she was blown away by a beautiful birthday cake baked in the shape of a red Chanel handbag.
She enthused: 'Thank u to my BFF @coletabedi for my amazing @shannefatale bday cake!!! I don't want to devour it, I wanna wear it!!! Love u!!!'
It turned out the jet was Chicago bound as a caption of a group shot of the passengers on board made clear.
And by the time the plane reached its destination, Giuliana looked gorgeous in a little black dress, with her hair and make-up beautifully done by her pals.
'Touchdown in Chicago! On da way to bday surprise;)) Let the games begin!!!!,' she wrote with the snap.
But there was no indication of what Bill had planned for them in the Windy City.
The mother of one and her 43year old husband will celebrate their seventh wedding anniversary on September 1.
The couple's son Duke who turns two next month was welcomed via a surrogate and he didn't appear to be among the party.
