Fashola cancels new LASU fees, restores N25,000 tuition

The Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, on Thursday bowed to pressure from  academic union and students of Lagos State University, Ojo, by reversing the increase in school fees.

Fashola, who made the announcement at LASU’s convocation ceremony in Ojo, Lagos, ordered the fees to be reversed to N25,000, the students paid before the hike in tuition and the Lagos State University students are already having a party today at LH ground at the university campus in celebration of the school fees reversal by Lagos State governor this afternoon. picture showing students below...
