Nigerian comedian Julius Agwu posted this photo declaring his interest in running for the seat of the Governor of Rivers state in the Nigerian 2015 elections.

    Oh Julius Agwu u mean change as in u want to bring change into River State or you are just looking for who to change hard currency for u? Just wanna be clear on that.
