we've seen a lot of interesting looks from Katy Perry over the past few years, but this one might take the cake in the weird department! (That hair, anyone?)
The 29-year-old brunette beauty went ahead and bleached her eyebrows for what appears to be either a photo shoot or music video (or so we're hoping).
We didn't even know it was her until we recognized those baby blues!
